A new digital initiative aimed at transforming how healthcare information is created and shared has been introduced in Mumbai. Bristol Myers Squibb has launched Mosaic, an AI powered content hub, in collaboration with Accenture.
The platform is backed by an investment of $130 million and uses generative AI to quickly identify what healthcare professionals need to know. It is designed to speed up the creation of patient focused content and improve how information reaches doctors and care teams.
Mosaic combines Bristol Myers Squibb’s deep healthcare expertise with the technology capabilities of Accenture Song. The AI driven platform helps analyse information needs and supports faster creation and distribution of relevant content. This approach is expected to make the overall process more efficient and responsive.
The launch also marks another milestone in the long standing relationship between Bristol Myers Squibb and Accenture, which spans 25 years. Mumbai plays a central role in this collaboration, highlighting the city’s growing importance in global digital and AI initiatives.
The focus on speed and personalisation reflects the changing needs of the biopharma sector. Bristol Myers Squibb’s Mosaic is designed to deliver timely and relevant updates, helping healthcare professionals access critical information when it matters most.
The investment goes beyond a single platform. It also supports other AI led initiatives aimed at improving how information flows across the healthcare ecosystem. These efforts are intended to enhance patient experiences by ensuring that doctors receive accurate and useful insights faster.
With Mosaic, Bristol Myers Squibb is strengthening its use of AI to support better engagement with healthcare professionals and improve the delivery of patient centric information through smarter and faster digital solutions.
