The lease, executed through BlackRock Services India Pvt Ltd, is for KNG Tower 1 at Indiqube Symphony on MG Road in Ashok Nagar. It will commence on 1 October 2025 and will remain in place for a period of 10 years.

Under the terms of the agreement, BlackRock will pay a monthly rent of Rs 2.72 crore at a rate of Rs 190 per square foot, bringing the total rental outlay to nearly Rs 410 crore over the entire tenure. The company has also provided Rs 21.75 crore as a security deposit to Indiqube Space Ltd. The leased area spans the ground plus five floors of the building, covering a chargeable space of 1,43,127 square feet.

This transaction highlights the growing demand for high-quality office spaces in Bengaluru’s central business district, as international financial and technology firms continue to strengthen their presence in the city. By securing a long-term lease in one of Bengaluru’s most prominent business corridors, BlackRock reinforces its strategic plan to scale up its operations in India and position the city as a vital hub for its global activities.
