Bitget, a leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, has announced the public launch of its AI-powered trading assistant, GetAgent. The assistant, first introduced in July through an invite-only release, combines advanced artificial intelligence with real-time market data to provide insights, strategies and execution tools in a single chat-based interface.
During the invite-only phase, GetAgent received strong feedback and attracted a waitlist of over 25,000 users. Early participants suggested improvements such as adding more visual feedback to make market signals easier to understand. These contributions have helped the platform improve accuracy, personalisation and responsiveness before its wider release.
With the public launch, Bitget has introduced three membership tiers designed for different types of traders. The Free plan, available to all, offers analysis of the top 50 cryptocurrencies along with futures strategies. The Plus plan, which comes with a free 30-day trial for early users, provides up to ten daily questions, personalised strategy generation and deeper market insights. For high-frequency and professional traders, the Ultra plan offers priority access, up to fifty daily questions and early access to upcoming features. These tiers are structured to grow with users’ trading needs, offering AI-powered automation for portfolios, market signals and trading strategies.
To mark the public debut, Bitget has launched a limited-time GetAgent Experience-Sharing Campaign. Through this initiative, users can share their experiences with the assistant for a chance to win a free 30-day Plus membership.
GetAgent allows traders to generate strategies using plain language, simplifying complex market analysis into an easy prompt. It integrates over 50 professional-grade tools, covering market insights, on-chain data and social sentiment, into one AI-powered hub. The assistant improves with continued use, adapting to each trader’s unique style while offering timely risk alerts and sharper strategies.
“AI is changing the trading game, and GetAgent is our way of making that power accessible to everyone,” said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. “Whether you’re just starting in crypto or a seasoned market veteran, GetAgent delivers insights that help you move faster, trade smarter, and act with greater confidence.”
Bitget confirmed that GetAgent will continue to evolve with more integrations, expanded asset coverage and increased customisation options. It is part of Bitget’s broader suite of AI-enabled tools, which also includes Bitget Seed, an AI-powered platform for identifying early-stage Web3 projects. Together, these tools reflect Bitget’s mission to integrate emerging technologies like AI into its secure CeDeFi trading ecosystem, bridging innovative blockchain solutions with user-friendly platforms designed to empower traders.
