Backed by over twenty years of enriching experience spanning industries such as hospitality, real estate, logistics, and manufacturing, Parag steps into this leadership role with a mission to steer Biodeal’s people strategy towards futuristic growth.
In his new position, he will drive key human capital initiatives designed to align seamlessly with the company’s larger business goals. His focus will be on strengthening HR process automation, enriching employee experience, and building robust talent acquisition frameworks.
Parag’s professional path is marked by impactful stints in well-known organizations including Supertech Group, MBD Group, Aramex, Crowne Plaza, and Clarks. During his time at MBD Group, he made notable contributions in areas such as workforce planning, skill development, and managing intricate labour relations with poise, having successfully negotiated numerous union settlements.
Earlier, at Club Mahindra Holidays, his efforts to nurture a high-performance work environment with strong employee retention were met with recognition. A true HR craftsman, Parag’s strengths lie in transforming workplace cultures, leveraging tech-based HR solutions, and designing focused training modules.
Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, an MBA, and has further polished his leadership vision through a Management Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad. He is also a certified expert in POSH regulations and psychometric assessments.
A seasoned professional with deep insights into aligning people strategies with corporate ambitions, Parag Bhatnagar has been applauded by HR forums, academic circles, and social organisations for his contributions to the domain.
