foundit, earlier known as Monster APAC and ME, has named Binita Agarwal as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this pivotal role, she will lead the Finance and Accounts division across all geographies and anchor the company’s financial vision in line with its accelerating growth path.
With more than 15 years of robust experience in finance, governance, investor relationships, and strategic planning, Binita steps into her new journey backed by an illustrious track record. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, she has previously led financial teams at firms such as AppsForBharat (SriMandir), Headout, and HungerBox, and gained early professional grounding with Goldman Sachs and EY.
