Billtrust strengthens India presence with new AI-focused GCC in Hyderabad

Expanding its global footprint, Billtrust has shared new details about its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, highlighting its strategy to build advanced and future-ready operations in India.

The upcoming GCC will be set up in HITEC City, one of the country’s leading hubs for technology and global capability centres. The company plans to launch a new A+ office space between mid-to-late summer. The facility will feature modern infrastructure, premium amenities, and a strong focus on enhancing employee experience.

Billtrust is building this centre on 3 key pillars. These include attracting exceptional talent with a global mindset, fostering a strong employee and customer-focused culture, and adopting an AI-first approach across all operations. The company emphasised that AI will be integrated into products, processes, internal tools, and everyday workflows.

From the beginning, the GCC will operate with a strong focus on AI-driven systems. This approach positions it as a next-generation capability centre designed to deliver efficiency, innovation, and scalability.

The company also recognised the leadership of Farhad Baria in driving the rapid setup and expansion of the GCC. Support from global teams, including Geoff Schuler, was also acknowledged.

With a clear focus on talent, culture, and AI-led operations, Billtrust aims to establish a high-impact GCC in Hyderabad. The centre is expected to strengthen its global delivery capabilities while offering employees the opportunity to work in a modern, future-ready environment.
