Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Bharadwaj Rallabandi as Managing Director, bringing extensive global leadership experience across technology, consumer goods, and life sciences sectors. In his new role, he will drive strategic business transformation, digital innovation, and operational excellence for clients in India and worldwide.
Bharadwaj joins A&M from Accenture, where he served as Managing Director – Consumer Goods & Life Sciences. There, he advised multinational clients on digital strategy, customer and channel transformation, supply chain efficiency, and growth analytics, delivering measurable outcomes across global organizations.
Earlier, at Johnson & Johnson, Bharadwaj held dual leadership roles as CIO & Digital Transformation Leader for India and later CIO for South Asia & North Asia, covering India, Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. He led technology-driven initiatives to advance digital marketing, data analytics, and customer engagement across multiple regions.
Bharadwaj’s career also includes senior roles at Unilever, where he drove global B2B, B2B2C, and eCommerce strategies using data analytics and robotic process automation, and positions at Reckitt Benckiser, Newfangled Techno Systems, Punj Lloyd, SAP Labs, and Tech Mahindra, solidifying his expertise in technology, consulting, and operational transformation.
With over 20 years of experience spanning Asia, Europe, and global markets, his appointment reinforces Alvarez & Marsal’s commitment to enhancing digital and business transformation capabilities for clients facing complex international challenges.
