BDR Appoints Jeff Cordick as New CFO

SEATTLE — Business Development Resources (BDR) has announced the appointment of Jeff Cordick as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This move comes as part of BDR’s ongoing efforts to expand and enhance its leadership team to drive future growth.

Bruce Wiseman, the founder and CEO of BDR, expressed his enthusiasm for Cordick’s arrival, saying, “I am excited to welcome Jeff to the BDR team. We are confident his leadership will be instrumental in guiding the company toward continued success, and his deep knowledge of the skilled trades will help us achieve our strategic goals.”

Cordick joins BDR with over 25 years of experience in financial management, specializing in developing financial strategies, managing M&A deals, and improving operational efficiency. His most recent role as CFO of Forklift Services of America has equipped him with valuable expertise, which aligns well with BDR’s growth initiatives, including its recent acquisition of BxB Media, a digital marketing agency for home services.

In his own words, Cordick shared, “I’m excited to be a part of a fantastic, growing company that really cares about the employees and the value they add to their client’s business. These ideals are frequently used but rarely achieved by companies, but BDR has been mastering them for years!”

Cordick takes over the CFO role from Sarwesh Kumar, who has held the position for 12 years. Wiseman praised Kumar’s contributions, stating, “Sarwesh has been an invaluable part of our executive team and BDR’s growth and success. Quite simply, we would not be where we are as a company today without him. We are grateful for his service and thrilled that he will continue playing an integral role within BDR.”

With this strategic move, BDR is poised to continue its upward trajectory, with Cordick playing a key role in the company’s future financial strategies.
