Bandar AlDahash Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Saudi Networkers Services

Bandar AlDahash has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Saudi Networkers Services. In his new role, he will lead HR strategy, drive organizational development initiatives, and strengthen the company’s people-first approach as it continues to deliver world-class business and consulting services across industries.

Prior to joining Saudi Networkers Services, Bandar served as CEO Consultant and VP of Shared Services at Tamkeen Human Resource, where he collaborated with leadership on transformation initiatives and enhanced shared services to support growth.

Bandar spent over ten years at Saudi Manpower Solutions Co., holding senior positions including General Manager of Shared Services and Senior Director of Human Resources. He led HR policies, Saudization strategies, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness while coaching leadership teams and overseeing large-scale operations nationwide.

Earlier, he worked at Maximus Gulf, advancing from Human Resources Manager to Operations Manager, where he managed large recruitment campaigns, supported the TAQAT program, and expanded service centers across Saudi Arabia.

Bandar’s career foundation includes HR leadership roles at Integrated Networks, Multi Forms, Saudi Research & Publishing Company, and Almarai, where he gained extensive experience in policy development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and workforce planning.
