Bajaj Electricals Welcomes Sanjay Sachdeva as New MD & CEO

Bajaj Electricals is set to usher in a new era of leadership with the appointment of Sanjay Sachdeva as its Managing Director and CEO, effective from April 15, 2025. With over 30 years of exceptional experience, Sachdeva’s career began in 1989 as a Management Trainee at Hindustan Unilever, where he gradually rose through the ranks. His tenure at Unilever saw him holding prominent leadership roles in various markets, from Brazil to China, the Middle East, North Africa, Russia, and beyond. Most recently, he led Unilever Japan as the Managing Director and CEO, spearheading the company’s regional growth strategy.

At Bajaj Electricals, Sachdeva is poised to steer the company’s diverse business divisions and implement a growth-oriented vision for the future. His vast experience and global outlook are expected to play a crucial role in expanding Bajaj Electricals’ market footprint, driving innovation, and providing lasting value to both customers and stakeholders.
