In this role, Ayush will oversee the company’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions, with a focus on enhancing Kent RO’s governance framework, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategy.
With more than 17 years of diverse experience in corporate law, litigation, compliance, and governance, Ayush brings deep expertise in aligning legal excellence with business goals. Before joining Kent RO, he served as senior general manager for legal and compliance at Groupe SEB India. During his tenure, he played a key role in building a strong compliance culture, managing regulatory matters, and reinforcing corporate governance across various business functions.
Earlier in his career, Ayush held senior roles at Olam, Ashland, Valvoline Inc., and Genpact. His responsibilities included managing mergers and acquisitions, regulatory due diligence, FCPA compliance, and corporate secretarial operations. He has led cross-functional teams, developed compliance programmes, and negotiated major contracts across multiple markets. His pragmatic and business-oriented legal approach has consistently promoted transparency and accountability within organisations.
At Kent RO Systems Ltd, Ayush will lead the legal and corporate affairs division to further strengthen governance practices, reduce risk, and support ethical and compliant business growth.
