Smita has built a strong career driving customer success, enterprise sales and strategic growth across regions that include IMEA, Europe, the US and APAC. She has managed multimillion dollar portfolios and worked with major global accounts including Expedia, Booking.com, Amex GBT and CWT. Her experience also covers digital transformation programs, consultative customer experience initiatives and high impact engagement strategies for clients across different markets.
Before this, Smita held important roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, DBS Bank and a large entertainment network. These positions strengthened her understanding of financial services, HNI portfolio management, advertising sales and regional business expansion. Her work delivered notable results, from managing a quarter of IndiGo corporate revenue in North India to securing major enterprise clients for American Express and supporting long term customer value in technology led environments.
