Mr. Singh will lead enterprise-wide learning and talent development initiatives, building strong capability frameworks to support the company’s expansion in advanced clean energy manufacturing.
Before joining Avaada Electro, Kunal served as L&D & TM Project Leader at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. In this role, he worked on organisation effectiveness, competency modelling, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management projects. He helped businesses align their people strategy with broader transformation goals.
Earlier, he was Assistant General Manager – Talent Management at Spectra. There, he led the enterprise L&D strategy and set up internal academies and high-potential leadership programs. He also introduced modern LMS frameworks that improved employee engagement, increased training participation, enhanced productivity, and strengthened organisational culture and retention.
Kunal has also held training leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, BT Group, and HCL Technologies. Across these organisations, he designed and delivered large-scale training programs, built internal trainer capabilities, improved customer experience metrics, and drove process excellence initiatives.
In the early phase of his career, Kunal worked with Barclays and HCL BPO. These roles gave him hands-on experience in operations and coaching, and helped him build strong foundations in customer service, performance coaching, and team development.
In his new position, Kunal will focus on advancing learning strategies and strengthening talent development practices at Avaada Electro, supporting the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence in the clean energy sector.
