Novel Patterns has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Ashish Khanna as Chief Strategy Officer.
In his new role, Ashish Khanna will focus on shaping the company’s long term strategic direction while supporting execution across global markets. He brings extensive international experience, having worked across Japan, Australia, the Middle East, India, and North America. Known for operating at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution, he has a strong track record of building organisations that scale with clarity and purpose.
Over the course of his career, Ashish has led Global Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Global Alliances, Customer Experience, and Regulatory Engagement. He has worked closely with senior leadership teams to drive sustainable growth and create long term value across diverse markets.
At Novel Patterns, his mandate includes accelerating international market penetration and strengthening the company’s commitment to global partnerships. He will also focus on identifying and incubating high potential product lines that align with Novel Patterns’ core AI offerings, including CART and Genesis.
In addition, Ashish will lead efforts to build strategic collaborations and alliances aimed at expanding the company’s reach and enhancing product capabilities across the BFSI ecosystem. The appointment reflects Novel Patterns’ focus on scaling its AI driven solutions globally while deepening its presence in key financial services markets.
