Asha Suvarna will head the company’s finance function and support growth by reinforcing operational discipline, financial planning, and governance structures.
Asha is a seasoned finance professional and a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience. Her expertise spans financial strategy, operations, audits, compliance, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale business transformation. In her new role, she will work closely with the leadership team to align financial priorities with Prisma AI’s long-term growth plans.
Her career includes senior leadership roles across global media and technology organisations. She has previously worked with dentsu Aegis Network and GroupM Media India, where she served in key positions such as Group CFO – South Asia, Finance Director – Compliance & M&A, and Senior Commercial Director at Mindshare Fulcrum. Across these roles, she led complex financial operations and guided organisations through periods of change and expansion.
Asha is also widely recognised for her industry-level contributions. She played an important role during the rollout of GST and the introduction of the Equalisation Levy. Her work helped build sustainable compliance frameworks and supported companies in navigating complex regulatory environments with clarity and confidence.
At Prisma AI, her appointment is expected to add depth to the leadership team as the company continues to expand its AI-driven solutions. With her strong background in governance and transformation, Asha is set to play a key role in supporting scale, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
