Arya.ag, an Indian grain commerce platform, has named Priyanka Seth Wadhera as its group chief financial officer, starting in May 2025.
The announcement was made on June 5.
Wadhera brings over 23 years of financial leadership experience from fintech, non-banking financial companies, and global banking institutions.
She most recently held the position of group CFO at Indifi Technologies, where she oversaw equity fundraising and guided the company to profitability.
Her previous roles include positions at Clix, Barclays, Religare, Citi, and PwC.
As stated by Arya.ag, Wadhera’s appointment is part of its strategy to enhance financial systems and foster growth within India’s agricultural value chains.
