Earlier in his career, Arvind held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at DMI (Digital Management, LLC). There, he led HR integration efforts across regions, promoted cultural harmony, and improved the overall employee experience.
Arvind’s professional journey also includes leadership roles at CMS IT Services, Cisco, Wipro Limited, and Ramco Systems. Throughout these roles, he focused on building talent capabilities, improving performance management systems, and enabling organisational transformation.
