In a move to strengthen leadership within its petrochemicals business, Reliance Industries Limited has elevated Arush Kishore as . He will now oversee the complete supply chain strategy for the polyester value chain, with a focus on tighter integration, stronger planning, and higher execution efficiency across operations.
Kishore has been with the company for over 18 years and has handled several senior roles across supply chain planning, integrated operations, and business leadership. Before this elevation, he served as Head – Integrated Operations (Liquid & Gas). In that role, he managed liquid and gas operations within the petrochemical division, with emphasis on integration with secondary tankages and bulk sea operations. He has also been working as Vice President, contributing to strategic planning and operational leadership across key business areas.
Earlier in his career at Reliance, Kishore was Head – SCM Planning, Polyester Chain, Petrochemical Division. During this period, he strengthened planning frameworks and aligned supply chain strategy with long-term business growth goals. His strong understanding of the polyester value chain and operating systems has helped drive scale and efficiency in the division.
Before joining Reliance Industries Limited, Kishore gained cross-industry experience at SKIL Infrastructure Limited as Vice President – Business Development. He also worked at HDFC Standard Life Insurance in business development and customer service roles. This varied background has shaped his commercial insight and leadership approach.
The elevation highlights the company’s focus on building internal leadership to support large and integrated operations across its petrochemicals and manufacturing businesses.
