Dynatrace has announced the appointment of Arun Balasubramanian as the Managing Director for India and the SAARC region, reinforcing its commitment to expanding in this high-growth market. This move signals a key leadership investment as the company aims to strengthen its presence and deepen customer engagement in the region.
Bringing with him over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, Arun has a strong record of leading growth, scaling businesses, and building high-performing teams across areas such as cloud computing, automation, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Dynatrace, Arun held senior leadership roles at several global technology firms, including UiPath, ServiceNow, Qlik, Salesforce, and Microsoft. During his time at UiPath, he led the company’s hyperautomation strategy in India and South Asia. At Salesforce and ServiceNow, he played a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of cloud-first enterprise solutions.
Earlier in his career, Arun held leadership and sales roles at CA Technologies and HP Software. He was recognized for transforming enterprise sales strategies and building strong partner ecosystems. His deep understanding of enterprise IT needs, combined with his industry experience, makes him well-suited to guide Dynatrace’s strategy and growth in the region.
In his new role, Arun will lead Dynatrace’s efforts to expand its footprint in India and SAARC, helping organizations leverage observability, AIOps, and automation to navigate an increasingly digital and complex business landscape.
With Arun at the helm, Dynatrace is expected to continue driving innovation and supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprises in the region.
