Anurag Aggarwal has joined LMS as the Chief Business Officer. He brings more than fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications and SaaS industries. In his new role, he will lead sales and marketing. He will focus on international growth and expanding the global presence of LMS in AI led communications, CPaaS, and messaging solutions.
Anurag is known for growing businesses and building strong partnerships. He has held important leadership positions at Tata Group, GMS, Tanla Platforms Limited, and Globe Teleservices Pte Ltd.
At GMS, he worked as Chief Revenue Officer for Enterprise Business. He led global AI and CPaaS projects and built partnerships with major hyperscalers, OTT players, and technology companies.
During his time at Globe Teleservices, Anurag worked on strategic plans to expand the company presence and increase revenue in the telecom and technology sectors.
Anurag also plays an active role in industry growth. He is a Global Board Member of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum and a Board Advisor at i3Forum. He contributes to the development of international telecom and messaging standards.
He is the founder and host of the well known podcast “Humans of Telecom” which highlights leaders who are shaping the telecom industry.
Anurag is an alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. His appointment is a key moment for LMS as the company continues to innovate and expand around the world.
