Her role is pivotal in strengthening Berkadia’s vision of being a premier name in the commercial real estate landscape through a people-first approach.
Anukulya’s journey at Berkadia began nearly three years ago. Serving as Assistant Vice President Human Resources, she closely partnered with senior leaders and the India HR Head to shape strategic people frameworks. From aligning local and global HR policies to managing talent architecture, performance systems, and ER interventions, her contribution was central to reinforcing organizational readiness and future preparedness.
Before joining Berkadia, she dedicated over nine impactful years to Cyient, where she rose through key HR positions. Her roles included Manager Training and Campus Connect and Senior HR Executive. Her portfolio included leading campus hiring programs, employee coaching, and onboarding large batches with care and precision. Interestingly, Anukulya’s career began not in HR but in engineering. As a Senior Design Engineer, she even represented Indian engineering excellence in global assignments with entities in Canada and Singapore.
Armed with an MBA in Human Resources from Mahatma Gandhi University, Anukulya has further sharpened her professional edge with prestigious executive programs at XLRI Jamshedpur and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
As she steps into this elevated leadership role, Anukulya’s story is one of evolution, excellence, and inspiration — a journey where empathy meets strategy, and people remain at the heart of progress.
