Ankan Ray joins Capgemini as Director – Transitions

Ankan brings more than two decades of experience in leading complex transition, transformation, and service delivery programmes. In his new role, he will lead large scale transitions across functions by using his strong expertise in finance and accounts, procurement, and supply chain processes. 

Ankan appointment is an important addition to Capgemini as the company continues to strengthen its global operations and client delivery excellence.

Before this role, Ankan spent more than fourteen years at Accenture, where he rose to the position of Assistant Vice President Transitions. During his time there, he successfully executed several end to end transformation programmes for major clients.

His career also includes roles at Confederation of Indian Industry, Barclays, Xansa, and Daksh. These roles helped him build a strong base in operations, project management, and stakeholder leadership. With his proven record in scaling transitions and improving operational efficiency, Ankan is set to make a strong impact in his new role at Capgemini.
