Angelique Zammit joins AMA Group Ltd as Chief People Officer

AMA Group Ltd has announced the appointment of Angelique Zammit, strengthening people leadership across its operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Angelique Zammit brings strong transformation experience from her time at Total Tools. In this role, she led the HR strategy, redesigned the operating model, and strengthened partner network governance. Her work helped streamline HR business partner and centre of excellence impact while building scalable payroll and recruitment services that achieved high adoption and faster hiring outcomes.

Zammit also brings extensive multi country change leadership experience from Cubic Transportation Systems, where she supported transformation initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, India, and Singapore. In addition, she has held operational HR leadership roles at Velocity Vehicle Group and UNIQLO, where she worked across workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and complex business integrations.
