Anant Raj Ltd. to Invest ₹18,000 Crore in Data Centers Amidst AI Boom, Targeting 300 MW Capacity by 2032

Anant Raj Ltd., a prominent Delhi-based real estate developer, has announced a massive investment plan of ₹18,000 crores dedicated to expanding its data center footprint. This significant financial commitment is a direct response to the escalating demand for artificial intelligence (AI) and business process-led services across India.

The company intends to launch two new data centers in Haryana, complementing an existing operational facility, with an ambitious goal of achieving a total capacity exceeding 300 megawatts by 2032.

This strategic expansion by Anant Raj aligns with a broader national trend, as India’s data center capacity is projected for substantial growth, with other major business conglomerates like Adani Group and Reliance Industries Ltd. also increasing their presence in this vital sector.

Anant Raj anticipates a dramatic shift in its revenue streams, expecting data centers to contribute over 40% of its total revenues within the next four years. This marks a substantial increase from the current 5% contribution, underscoring the company’s strategic pivot towards the digital infrastructure market.

Further solidifying its position, Anant Raj has also forged a partnership with Orange Business to offer comprehensive cloud services in conjunction with its data center facilities, providing integrated solutions to cater to the evolving needs of the digital economy.
