Amit brings more than twenty years of experience in cloud transformation, enterprise technology, and customer engagement.
In his previous role as Sales Director for Google Cloud India, Amit helped increase the use of cloud, data, and Generative AI solutions among startups and digital native businesses. His strong background in building effective teams, supporting customer success, and leading complex go to market strategies places him in a strong position to expand Google Cloud’s role in India’s fast growing digital space.
Before joining Google Cloud, Amit held leadership roles at Apple, IBM, and Microsoft. At Apple, he worked as Country Sales Manager for Enterprise and Education. At IBM, he led the Software and Cloud business across India and South Asia.
During his more than thirteen years at Microsoft, he guided the SMB, Partner, Corporate Accounts, and Enterprise Solution Sales businesses. He began his career at Tata Telecom, where he built early experience in marketing and technology driven transformation.
With this wide and meaningful experience, Amit now brings his strategic vision and technology skills to further strengthen Google Cloud’s work with India’s digital native customers.
