For the past 16 years, Gandhi held fort at Colgate-Palmolive India, rising to the position of Director – Integrated Brand Experience. Her journey there was defined by transformative campaigns and an astute understanding of brand dynamics in a digitally shifting world.
With a collective 25 years of mastery in marketing, Gandhi’s portfolio is vast and vivid. She has wielded leadership roles across media strategy, digital transformation, ecommerce evolution, and consumer-first marketing. Her fingerprints are on some of the most seamless integrations of brand narratives across platforms and audiences.
Before Colgate, she shaped campaigns and led strategy from the pulse of India’s top media houses—including nearly a decade with leading agencies like Madison Communications and Carat (now part of a global marketing network). During this phase, she steered media mandates for industry giants such as Marico, Godrej, Mondelez, and ICICI, building brand muscle through compelling, data-backed storytelling.
Now at Amazon, Gandhi is set to guide the company’s ad marketing arm through India’s complex and vibrant digital landscape, further deepening its connection with brands and customers alike.
