Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Sanjeev Narsipur as Managing Director with its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. Based in Bengaluru, Narsipur will lead A&M’s global digital and technology strategy, focusing on driving AI-led enterprise transformation and innovation at scale.
With more than 25 years of international experience, Narsipur has advised Fortune 500 companies and mid-sized businesses across more than 25 countries. His expertise includes digital and technology strategy, platform advisory, cloud transformation, and AI-driven innovation. Over the years, he has guided organisations in modernising digital cores, transforming business models, and building operational agility.
Before joining A&M, Narsipur served as Managing Director of Technology Consulting – Enterprise Platform Advisory and Global Technology Lead for Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel and Hospitality Industries at Accenture. In this role, he led platform-driven transformation programmes and helped build next-generation digital capabilities across multiple sectors.
