Alpine has announced the appointment of Jean-Antoine Bergue as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Duncan Minto, who will now take on the role of CFO at Renault Group. The change comes as part of Alpine’s ongoing management restructuring.
Jean-Antoine Bergue, who has been with Renault Group since 1990, will join the Alpine Management Committee. In his new role, he will report to Philippe Krief, CEO of Alpine and Chief Technology Officer at Renault Group, as well as to Duncan Minto. Prior to this role, Bergue served as the CFO of The Future Is NEUTRAL, a Renault Group initiative, bringing years of expertise to his new position at Alpine.
Philippe Krief expressed confidence in Bergue’s ability to drive the company’s growth and strengthen its performance under Luca de Meo’s leadership. With his extensive background at Renault, Bergue is seen as a valuable asset to Alpine as the company continues its focus on enhancing performance and expanding its global presence.
This leadership change marks a new chapter for Alpine, as the brand continues to evolve under the guidance of experienced professionals like Bergue and Minto, who are poised to help shape the future of the company and the Renault Group.
