Allied Credit Group has added Frank Ruscio to its executive team as chief information officer. He is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in global digital transformation, enterprise IT, and cyber maturity. He has worked with major organisations including Toyota Finance and IAG.
Mr Ruscio has experience across many sectors. These include B2C and B2B lending, payments, biopharma, financial services, insurance, leisure and superannuation. His career has taken him across Australia, New Zealand, Britain, Ireland, the United States and Asia. He has contributed to both large corporate environments and small or startup businesses.
In recent years, he has advised private and ASX listed companies on intelligent automation and AI driven solutions to improve customer experience and operational performance.

Supporting the expansion of the group’s technology leadership, Charmaine Willis has moved from the position of CIO into a new role that will focus on delivering key transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Mr Moodie said this new position “leverages Charmaine’s leadership skills, strong customer relationships and deep understanding of our systems and business requirements”.
