In her new role, Ms. Nigam will lead the company’s people and culture strategy across India. Her responsibilities will include driving talent strategy, enhancing employee experience, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with business growth.
The appointment reflects Allianz Technology’s emphasis on strengthening human capital, promoting innovation through culture, and supporting long-term transformation in the region.
Prior to joining Allianz Technology, Nigam spent nearly 7 years at BNY, where she held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President | HR Business Partner – Global Fund Services Operations and India Operations, leading global HR strategy and regional HR initiatives.
Earlier at BNY, she worked as Senior Vice President | HR Business Partner – India Engineering and Vice President | HR Business Partner – Technology and Operations, contributing to talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational transformation.
Before BNY, she was associated with Syngenta, where she led People & Organisation Development for South Asia, focusing on learning, talent management, and organisational initiatives. She also worked on compensation and benefits projects across the Asia Pacific region.
She began her HR career with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, working on global HR programmes, talent management, and leadership development. Earlier, she was also part of Tata Consultancy Services, gaining experience in technology and global operations.
With over 15 years of experience, Nigam brings strong expertise in HR leadership, talent management, organisational development, and culture transformation.
Her appointment is expected to support Allianz Technology’s efforts to scale its people strategy and drive sustainable growth in India.
