Alison Mabe Appointed as Chief Information & Technology Officer at Patriot Claims

Alison Mabe has been appointed as the new Chief Information & Technology Officer at Patriot Claims. She brings with her over two decades of expertise in IT strategy, business transformation, M&A integration, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. In this role, she will lead the company’s technology vision and infrastructure, focusing on scalable digital solutions that improve operational performance and enhance customer experience across the claims lifecycle.

Before joining Patriot Claims, Alison served as Senior Director of Technology Business Management at Modivcare. She was responsible for managing the technology portfolio’s strategic performance, vendor management best practices, and aligning operations with enterprise goals. Alison also played a key role in workforce planning and introduced performance indicators to strengthen long-term IT efficiency.

Alison previously spent nearly five years at L3Harris Technologies as Senior Director of IT Business Management. There, she optimised a $540M IT budget, led more than 60 projects, and achieved $27M in cost reductions. She also managed mergers and acquisitions from discovery to value realisation and introduced governance initiatives that delivered multi-million-dollar savings.

At L3 Technologies, Alison spent more than 16 years in leadership roles, including Director of the IT Program Management Office and Senior Manager of Enterprise IT PMO. She successfully executed the IT integration of the L3–Harris merger, managing a $184M project portfolio and generating over $80M in synergies. She also led the implementation of SAP Ariba across more than 50 divisions, delivering measurable business outcomes and driving process standardisation.

She began her career as a Web Application Developer and Analyst at Raytheon, where she handled full lifecycle development for web applications and was recognised for consistently achieving project milestones.
