Expanding its smartphone portfolio in India, Ai+ introduced the new Ai+ Pulse 2 on Monday. The device will go on sale later this month through Flipkart. It will be offered in 5 colour options and 2 storage variants.
The Ai+ Pulse 2 features a dual AI rear camera setup placed inside a squircle-shaped camera module. It is backed by a 6,000mAh lithium-ion battery and runs on an octa core Unisoc chipset built on a 12nm process.
Price in India and availability
The Ai+ Pulse 2 is priced at Rs. 5,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The 6GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs. 7,999. These prices are part of a 1-day offer. The company has not yet announced the regular pricing.
The smartphone will go on sale on March 11 at 12 pm IST via Flipkart. It will be available in Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Purple colour options.
Specifications and features
The Ai+ Pulse 2 is a dual SIM smartphone that runs nxtQ OS based on Android 16. It comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and a water drop-style notch. The handset is also claimed to have an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
It is powered by an octa core Unisoc T7250 chipset built on a 12nm process. The SoC offers a peak clock speed of 1.8GHz and has scored more than 2,70,000 points on AnTuTu. The device supports up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage.
For photography, the phone includes a 50-megapixel primary rear camera along with an unspecified secondary sensor and LED flash. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The Ai+ Pulse 2 packs a 6,000mAh battery with 10W wired charging support. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack, and GPS. It also includes an accelerometer, proximity sensor, light sensor, and a fingerprint sensor for security.
