A seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in scaling engineering organizations and driving innovation, Rebecca will lead Affinity’s technology strategy as the company continues to expand and enhance its platform.

Rebecca brings a wealth of experience from her leadership roles at Mural, New Relic, and her own startup, Caregiven. She has a strong track record of scaling teams, optimizing engineering processes, and driving innovation. At New Relic, she led the development of a services and UI platform that accelerated product delivery, and at Mural, she played a key role in expanding the company’s engineering capabilities to support its rapid growth.
