Adtran (ADTN) has revealed an important leadership change within its financial team. Timothy Santo, CPA, will step into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 10, 2025. Santo takes over from Uli Dopfer, who will transition into a new role but continue his active involvement with Adtran.
Timothy Santo brings over 25 years of corporate finance expertise to Adtran, with more than a decade of experience in senior leadership positions at public companies. His extensive background in finance and leadership makes him well-positioned to guide Adtran as the company continues its growth trajectory.
Uli Dopfer, the outgoing CFO, will remain an integral part of Adtran’s operations. He will continue to serve on the Management Board of Adtran Networks SE and will also take on the role of Vice President, Finance & Administration Planning. In this new position, Dopfer will help facilitate a smooth transition as Santo steps into his new role.
