Strengthening its global delivery capabilities, Adecco India is scaling up its operations in Bengaluru with a major expansion plan.

Adecco India, a subsidiary of Adecco Group, has announced the expansion of its global capability centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. The company aims to increase its workforce to 2500+ by the end of the year.

At present, the GCC has over 400 employees working across finance operations, HR operations, and IT. The company plans a significant scale-up in the coming months to meet its growth target.

As part of this expansion, Adecco India has also launched its second office in Bengaluru. The new facility is expected to play a key role in delivering technology-enabled talent services to clients across the Adecco Group’s global network.

The company stated that this move aligns with its broader strategy to strengthen global service capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.

With the planned increase in workforce and infrastructure, the Bengaluru GCC is set to become a critical hub for supporting diverse business functions and driving innovation in talent solutions.
