A new artificial intelligence based service is set to be introduced across airports operated by Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. The company has partnered with AIONOS to offer personalised and multilingual support to passengers throughout their airport journey.
The collaboration agreement was signed in the national capital. AIONOS, part of InterGlobe Enterprises, will provide an intelligent assistance platform that offers consistent engagement through voice, chat and mobile channels. This system will function like a 24×7 digital concierge.
Passengers will be able to quickly access flight updates, boarding gate information, baggage status, directions inside the airport, and details of airport services. These features will be available in English, Hindi and other languages to ensure inclusivity for travellers from different regions.
The company stated that this solution will integrate with its existing digital offerings which include Aviio, Adani OneApp and Airport in a Box. Together, these platforms aim to create a connected passenger ecosystem that improves service efficiency and ease of travel.
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd CEO Arun Bansal said the new AI system will transform how passengers navigate airports and receive information during their journey.
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd currently operates seven airports and will soon begin operations at the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. With the introduction of this AI powered support, the organisation aims to enhance passenger comfort and bring a more seamless travel experience across its network.
