Acer unveils Predator Helios Neo 16 AI for high performance gaming and AI tasks

Acer has launched the Predator Helios Neo 16 AI, an AI enabled gaming laptop designed to deliver desktop class performance in a portable form. The device is powered by an Intel Core i9 14900HX processor with 24 cores and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.8 GHz.

The laptop is aimed at gamers, creators, and professionals handling heavy multitasking. It features a 16 inch WQXGA display with a 240 Hz refresh rate and 100 percent DCI P3 colour coverage, offering smooth gameplay and vivid visuals.

To sustain high performance, Acer has equipped the Helios Neo 16 AI with 5th generation AeroBlade 3D fans, liquid metal thermal compound, and vector heat pipes to manage heat during extended use.

Designed for the AI era, the laptop can run hundreds of AI applications locally, including tools such as Stable Diffusion and creative software. Features like Copilot in Windows 11, Acer PurifiedView, and Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 add intelligent enhancements for productivity and communication.

Acer said the Helios Neo 16 AI combines raw processing power with AI acceleration, positioning it as a versatile machine for gaming, creative work, and next generation workflows.
