Vik’s role will focus on strengthening compensation, benefits, performance frameworks, and people insights across the organization.
Before joining Accenture, Vik Malhotra served as SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards, Performance & People Insights at Mondelēz International. Earlier, he held the position of EVP, Global Head of Total Rewards at Wells Fargo, where he led global rewards strategy and compensation design for a large workforce.
A major part of his career was spent at Hilton, where he worked for more than 7 years across several leadership roles. These included Senior Vice President, HR – Global Total Rewards; Vice President, HR – Global Total Rewards; Vice President, Executive Compensation & Global Benefits; Senior Director, Executive Compensation; and Director, Executive Compensation. His tenure reflects consistent growth and leadership in compensation strategy, benefits, and global rewards transformation.
Earlier in his career, Malhotra worked with Capital One as Sr. Manager, International Compensation and Manager – Compensation. He also held roles at The Home Depot, including Manager – Executive Compensation, Finance Leadership Program, and Sr. Business Analyst.
In the initial phase of his career, he was associated with Aimco, Darden Restaurants, Marriott International, and Walt Disney World. His journey reflects strong experience across compensation, rewards, finance, and talent leadership.
With experience across multiple global organizations, Malhotra brings a well-rounded total rewards profile to Accenture. His appointment is expected to support the company’s ongoing focus on building a strong, innovation-led global workforce strategy.
