Abhishek takes charge as Director GCC Center Head, bringing over 19 years of experience across Genpact, Bank of America B.A. Continuum Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Roulac Global Places LLC, and ANNIK Technologies Private Limited Services. Before this appointment, he spent 18 years at Genpact, most recently serving as Vice President.
At Genpact, Abhishek led global delivery across analytics, data modernization, supply chain, research, and order to cash domains. His work focused on enabling CXO stakeholders through AI integration, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. He also played a key role in setting up onshore data modernization centers, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving enterprise scale transformation programs.
Earlier in his career, Abhishek developed strong analytical and financial expertise through roles in enterprise credit risk at Bank of America and economic research at Roulac Global Places. These roles helped shape his foundation in data driven decision making and strategic analysis.
His professional journey highlights deep experience in global capability center leadership, operational expenditure optimization, corporate strategy, and scalable delivery models. This is supported by hands on expertise in data governance and AI driven modernization.
In his new role at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, Abhishek brings a proven track record of building high performing teams, managing multimillion dollar programs, and delivering measurable business outcomes through insight led and technology enabled transformation.
