Chauhan has spent several years with the organisations and has grown within the system, starting his journey as an intern and steadily moving into senior leadership. During this period, he played a central role in building products from scratch, leading major architectural changes, and shaping an engineering culture focused on ownership, discipline, and long term thinking.
In his new role, Chauhan will lead the next stage of technology growth for all 3 companies. His responsibilities include strengthening enterprise ready engineering systems, advancing AI driven solutions in attribution, fraud detection, and analytics, and ensuring high standards of security and compliance. He will also focus on improving delivery speed and building a developer first environment aimed at nurturing future engineering leaders.
Highlighting the significance of the appointment, Ayubi described Chauhan’s journey as a strong example of internal leadership growth. “His progression from intern to CTO is more than an inspiring narrative; it is a testament to the kind of leadership that grows through consistent impact, discipline, and commitment,” he wrote.
