IBS Software has announced the appointment of Abha Dogra as Chief Product Officer. Her leadership will support the company’s focus on building AI first products that enhance value delivery and customer experience across its global travel technology portfolio.
In her new role, Abha will lead the global product organization, shaping product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple solution areas. She will work closely with engineering, customer success, and go to market teams to build AI native products that offer intelligent automation, personalized experiences, and stronger decision support throughout the customer journey.
Abha brings over twenty years of experience in product and technology leadership. Her previous roles span leading organizations including ADP, Iron Mountain, Akamai, PTC, Schneider Electric, and most recently CAE, where she served as Chief Product and Technology Officer. She holds an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University.

This appointment comes as part of a series of strategic leadership developments initiated in late 2024. It follows the appointment of Amit Jain as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Engineering. Working closely with Abha, Amit will ensure alignment between product strategy and engineering execution while leading more than one thousand engineering professionals across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Together, they will drive an AI-first operating model that promotes scalable and responsible innovation.
IBS Software provides SaaS platforms for airlines, airports, hotels, cargo operators, cruise lines, and energy companies. Its solutions support reservations, retailing, loyalty programs, crew management, airline operations, and logistics.
