HCA Healthcare has appointed Abby Arencibia, SHRM-CP, as Vice President – Human Resources at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center. In her new role, Abby will oversee HR strategy and people operations, driving initiatives that align workforce excellence with HCA Healthcare’s mission of advancing patient care and community well-being.
Abby has been with HCA Healthcare for over nine years, steadily progressing through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior HR Business Partner, collaborating with business leaders to strengthen workforce culture, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she was Manager – Workforce Administration, leading HR operations and process improvements at the HR Operations Center.
Her earlier roles within HCA Healthcare helped build her expertise in employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR process management. This extensive experience positions her to lead HR transformation and deliver meaningful results for both employees and patients.
