Aanchal Singh Appointed as Senior People Director and India HR Head at Worley

Worley has promoted Aanchal Singh to Senior People Director and India HR Head, marking a significant milestone in her nearly two-decade-long HR career. In her new role, she will lead the HR strategy for Worley India, managing a workforce of 7,000 employees across engineering and consulting operations.

Having previously served as Director and Associate Director within Worley’s People Team, Aanchal has been instrumental in driving people transformation, leadership development, and workforce capability enhancement. Her initiatives have played a key role in fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with Worley’s global vision for sustainable growth.

Before joining Worley, Aanchal held senior HR leadership positions at Tata Motors, where she led transformative people initiatives for the Passenger and Electric Vehicles division. As Head of HR for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care, she developed agile people strategies and contributed to scaling organisational performance.

An engineer-turned-HR professional, Aanchal holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. She was recognised among the “40 Under 40 HR Leaders” in 2020 for her leadership and impact in the HR domain. Known for her people-first philosophy and commitment to culture transformation, Aanchal continues to drive meaningful change as she takes on her expanded responsibilities at Worley.
