AgiBot, a global leader in humanoid robotics, has introduced LinkCraft. It is the world’s first zero code and barrier free robot content creation platform. The company said that LinkCraft combines artificial intelligence motion capture, cloud based imitation learning and multimodal orchestration. The platform allows anyone to create advanced humanoid robot content.
Zhihui Peng who is the Co Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer of AgiBot said, “No programming skills or specialised equipment are needed. Simply upload a video of human movements, and LinkCraft handles the rest, transforming real world actions into precise robot motion effortlessly. With this platform, we are bringing professional grade capabilities to everyday users.”
Simple motion creation for everyone
Creating actions for humanoid robots has always been a difficult process. It has required special equipment, complex modelling, reinforcement learning and detailed engineering. People without programming or robotics skills could not create robot content.
LinkCraft removes these challenges. It uses artificial intelligence motion capture, advanced algorithms and cloud based imitation learning. It can turn a video of dancing, martial arts or daily movement into robot control strategies. The user only needs to record the video on a phone and upload it. The robot can then copy the actions.
AgiBot said that in the future, LinkCraft will support more detailed control including finger movements.
Voice features for human like communication
LinkCraft also includes a Voice Performance tool. Users can upload audio, record voice online or use voice synthesis.
The system studies the content and uses multimodal models to create matching robot movements and facial expressions. It produces natural and human like performance.
Voice synthesis allows choice of tone, emotion and voice type. Options include male voices, female voices and custom voices.
Tools for complete performance control
The platform supports long sequences for public shows, retail help and business reception use. Users can mix actions, sound and expressions. They can edit the performance like a video to create strong stories. LinkCraft also offers timing and movement control for smooth results.
Group editing allows multiple robots to work together. Each robot can have different actions and voices through a single command. A material library includes more than 180 action sets in 11 scenes and 140 expression templates. Users can also share their own creations.
Availability
LinkCraft works with the AgiBot X2 robot. Support for the AgiBot A2 will come later.
The AgiBot X2 is now in mass production. Shipments are expected to reach thousands in 2025.
AgiBot said that the technology is already in use in entertainment, retail, research and education. The company said that humanoid robots are moving from technology displays to real world use cases.
