Infosys, a global leader in next generation digital services and consulting, has announced a ten year strategic partnership with HanesBrands Inc., a global leader in everyday apparel. Under this engagement, Infosys will become HanesBrands’ strategic collaborator across digital, business applications, and data transformation initiatives.
As part of the collaboration, Infosys will implement its proprietary Live Enterprise Automation Platform, integrated within Infosys Topaz, an AI first suite of services, platforms, and solutions. By using generative AI and AIOps technologies, the initiative aims to modernise HanesBrands’ core operations, improve agility, simplify its IT landscape, and unlock greater value from data.
The partnership highlights a strong cultural alignment between Infosys and HanesBrands, with both companies sharing a vision for innovation and operational excellence. Through AI first solutions, intelligent automation, and AIOps, HanesBrands is expected to achieve hyper productivity, reduce complexity, and accelerate its digital transformation journey.
