In a move that could shift the landscape of India’s fast-growing analytics sector, Zepto has announced the arrival of its latest creation — Zepto Atom, a premium data intelligence platform tailored for its partner brands. The subscription-based service will go live on May 16, promising to offer powerful insights and AI-powered solutions.
This new offering will operate through a dedicated website and mobile app, allowing brands to access everything from real-time customer behaviour analysis to retention metrics and hyperlocal market trends. Zepto Atom’s greatest strength lies in its ability to provide insights not just by city or region, but down to the pin code level. Brands will be able to track minute-by-minute sales, customer impressions, conversions and much more.
A unique highlight of Zepto Atom is its in-house natural language assistant — Zepto GPT. Specially trained on the company’s internal data, it serves as a digital analyst for brands. According to Zepto, “It analyses the vast datasets within Zepto Atom to provide actionable answers, strategic recommendations, and even generates data reports for the brand.”
Zepto’s leadership believes this platform is more than just a dashboard. It is a bold step into a ₹1000 crore consumer analytics industry currently dominated by global giants. CEO and Co-founder Aadit Palicha said, “Zepto Atom is a serious attempt by our category and tech teams to build a disruptive new product in the consumer analytics industry in India. We believe we can harness the millions of data points Zepto generates every day to give brands customised and real-time insights on their products at a much more competitive price point than they are currently incurring.”
He also revealed that the company will continue investing heavily over the next year to expand Zepto Atom’s capabilities. Upcoming features include AI-generated customer personas and automated survey tools targeting specific buyer groups.
By combining deep tech with business intelligence, Zepto is no longer just delivering essentials to your doorstep — it’s delivering the future of decision-making.
