Bhavna Khera has been appointed as Genefied’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With over 15 years of expertise in growth leadership, B2B brand development, and strategic marketing in the media, telecom, and SaaS industries, Bhavna enters this position with the specific goal of enhancing Genefied’s worldwide brand recognition and expanding its market reach.
Bhavna will oversee Genefied.ai’s whole marketing strategy in her new job, which will include demand creation, digital advertising, product marketing, brand positioning, and communication. Her main goals will be to drive client acquisition in strategic regions, develop compelling B2B storylines, and bolster Genefied’s voice in the business loyalty ecosystem.
“Bhavna’s deep expertise in marketing strategy and her sharp understanding of the tech landscape will play a crucial role in our next phase of growth. As we expand into new markets and continue building platforms like RESCCON and products in Artificial Intelligence, we need bold and strategic marketing leadership. Bhavna’s clarity of vision and experience in scaling brand functions from the ground up make her a strong fit for what lies ahead,” said Ayush Jhawar, Founder & CEO of Genefied.
In her previous roles as a senior marketing manager for a number of top technology and enterprise businesses, Bhavna developed campaigns that won awards, expanded marketing operations, and oversaw significant brand changes. She has worked with product, sales, and CX teams across several functional boundaries throughout her career, consistently propelling a marketing engine grounded on data, innovation, and customer experience.
“Joining Genefied.ai at this exciting phase of growth is both inspiring and energizing.
The brand’s vision to redefine loyalty and scalability through innovation strongly resonates with me. I look forward to driving a bold, customer-centric marketing approach that not only elevates the brand but also builds lasting impact in the ecosystems we serve,” said Bhavna Khera, Chief Marketing Officer, Genefied.
Her hiring is a calculated move in Genefied’s larger expansion plan. She will concentrate on enhancing Genefied’s brand identity and establishing powerful marketing campaigns centered on flagship goods in the near future. Longer term, she will focus on growing into new client categories, promoting marketing innovation, and bolstering global brand equity.
Notably, Genefied recently made headlines for successfully hosting its premier Retention & Scalability Conference, RESCCON 2025, and introducing an Al product—a first-of-its-kind business co-pilot that can deliver advanced cognitive intelligence and adapt to unique organizational workflows. The gathering, which included 250+ leaders, 100+ consumer brands, 50+ motivational speakers, and 250+ enthusiastic attendees from companies like Emami, Nestlé, Lux Industries, Parle Biscuits, Tata Cliq, and more, demonstrated Genefied’s increasing impact on the direction of enterprise scalability and customer loyalty.
